Provide general support and assistance to the HSE Executive.
Assist in Health and Safety monitoring activities.

Good command of computer skills, eg. Excel, Word.
Maintaining the purchasing policy and ensuring that all purchases adhere to it.
Verifies purchase requisitions by comparing items requested to master list;
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone;
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories;
Capture information related to production products such as quantity, specifications, date of shipment …;
Monitor supplying materials for production;
Take responsibility for contract management of customer and supplier contracts.
Act as the focal point for new supplier requests, perform due diligence checks…
Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of business activity such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.
Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
Support Chinese Manager to communicate with workers.
Support admin works in the workshop.
Provide interpretation at meetings, trainings.
